The day job

I work in retail for Central Coop in Leicester. I lead teams of up to 12 colleagues, ensuring daily tasks are completed and deadlines are met.

I enjoy the friendships I make and the team building, both in and outside of work. The leadership role motivates me, and by extension I can motivate other people too. I am most proud of gaining a leadership role quickly and learning bakery operations. My biggest challenge was recently dealing with a stock issue where we couldn't get stock ordered.
